I'm not sure how to feel about the excessive body moment. like, there's times when it does feels like a tad too much. Also, you might want to do the camera panning a little slower when focusing on a single character. I don't think changing camera angles for every line the same says is such a good idea, but i don't think it's bad either. it's just distracting since the camera pans too fast from one side to the other before jumping. that's just what i feel, anyways.

your refusal to use outright transparent textures, instead opting to use dithering on a vector-looking animation helps create a rather unique looking artstyle. it's pretty much what all those "so retro" memes saterize, but done right; it looks novel enough and is very pretty to look at, while still getting across the idea that is supposed to be "videogamey" in nature. great stuff.

groomer really went full UK on this. I just rewatched and noticed the "beer innit" lol. also, the animation for groomy is smooth as hell. fucking love baller and gremlin so much.
